Refund policy

At Vita & Sogno, each product is part of a limited drop, designed with intention and produced in restricted quantities.

Due to this exclusive nature, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise.

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

For selected products or limited drops, direct exchanges (such as size or model changes) will not be offered. In these cases, customers will be provided with:

• Store credit for the value of the product, or  
• A refund to the original payment method, at the customer’s discretion  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred with the order.

Vita & Sogno reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.

Once the item is received and inspected, the corresponding credit or refund will be issued.
